Radhanath Swami on the Greatest Tragedy

The greatest tragedy in all of creation is not the death of a loved one, it is not our death, it is not losing all our money, it is not finding out that we have a terminal disease that will cause us suffering and death. The greatest tragedy in all of existence is that we take this rare human form of life and waste a single moment without utilizing it to become purified. Our purpose is purification–not only for ourselves, but for others also.

  17. I have read that in order to purify others one must purify oneself first. Our Acaryas have always set an example for their followers. Maharaj also leads his life as an example to his disciples. So the purpose of human life is to take Maharaj’s instructions in Vani and Vapu and live by it. Hari Bol!
