A lot of the problems with self esteem arise depending upon how we were treated when we were a child. If a parent is harsh towards the child, always criticizing the child, not giving proper encouragement or care to the child, then the child feels worthless and feels no inner value. But if a parent shows love for the child even when they make mistakes; disciplines the child, but in such a way that the child is always assured and reassured of their love, care and concern; invests so many encouraging words – ten, twenty, thirty times before they give one critical word – then child feels he or she is of value. Parents should also teach the child how to actually make decisions and not to depend on others for everything.

Really the great words of wisdom. Radhanath Swami ki Jai.
Wonderful message for parents……Every child reciprocates with our love and affection for them. The children are backbone of future generation, so for better tommorow its important to give care, concrns and encouragement. Thank you H.H.Radhanath swami Maharaj for this enlightening lessons on art of parenting
True. Radhanath Swami always emphasizes on this vital aspect for our children. So many children are getting properly nourished in various projects initiated by Radhanath Swami.
Radhanath Swami very wonderfully explained about child feelings and the way to bring up children
Jai jai!
Maharaj discusses the inner feelings of a child and how he should be independent in every aspect of life.
After reading this post by HH – I genuinely feel that the principle spoken herein applies not only to the children’s but to human beings. We respond to Love and Care.
There is child-like innocence dormant within all of us. That has to be brought out. That’s the purpose of spirituality. Jesus Christ said that unless we become child-like we cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
Yes Pr I am pretty confident that the evolution of consciousness surely brings in Simplicity and Innocence in ones life- which leads to a happy life.
Radhanath Swami is full of such simplicity and innocence. Just by trying to follow in his footsteps we can progress towards such state.

I am interested on the Replica Goverdhan and Utkal Vrindaban
discovered
fourteen
years back which is in the Nature created by the Supreme Personality of God
Head, Lord Krishna.
Replica
Goverdhan and Utkal Vrindaban is sanctified with the sacred foot steps of Lord
ShrikrishnaChaitanya Mahaprabhu. Mahaprabhu with his ecstatic pastimes of
Visiting Shridham Vrindaban from Neelachl ( Jagannath Puri) through the Jharikhand Dense
Forest path entered in to the Forest
keeping Cuttack
at his right. “…..kataka daine kari bane prabesila ||” (Ch.Ch.2/17/24). The
Replica Goverdhan and Utkal Vrindaban is situated at the South of Cuttack and
with in Twin City,
Cuttack and Bhubaneswar, the ancient and new Capitals of
Orissa. It compiles the verses, ….
ban dekhi mane haya ei vrindaban |
saila dekhi mane hay ei govardhan ||
jahan nadi dekhe thahan manye kalindi |
mahapremabese nache prabhu pade kandi || (Ch.
Ch. 2/17/55-56).
As it is the Entry point of Lord ShrikrishChaitanya,
into the Dense Forest Path, and as per Skandha Purana and Padma
Purana, river Prach- Mahanadi is the flow in
eastern direction of ancient river Saraswati, this should be a pilgrim Center
for all Devotees throughout the world.
Lord Krishna introduced worshiping Goverahn
Hill
(Named Goverdhan Puja and Annakutta Mahotshab) refusing to
worship demy Gods. That was a perfect lesson on the Science of
Environmental Development and Ecology. Even this should be the perfect lesson
to be established in UNO, when the intellectuals are very much worried on the
Problems with the Global Warming. I have a strong desire for making this said
place as an Icon on the above subject matter.
I am inviting devotees to come up and join hand
together for renovation.
