Radhanath Swami Speaking on Test of Crisis

When we are put in a condition of great crisis that is when our inner substance is revealed. When things are going very nicely, we can easily pretend to be saintly. But when there is great confusion in our life, then we are tested. So when a crisis comes in our lives or even in the lives of those we love, we can accept that this may simply be the reaction of our previous karma. ‘Everything in this world is working according to the will of providence. What I have done is abominable, so reactions must come upon me. I have no one to complain to.’

  18. Very true, whatever we are enjoying or suffering is due to our karma, but in our conditioned state we love to take credit for our enjoyments and are desperate to blame someone for our suffering. Noone change the Law of Karma.
