Radhanath Swami Speaks on Social Problems

If we leave the kitchen in a mess, then we are actually sending an invitation to the cockroaches to come. In those dirty places, in that environment, they not only thrive but they multiply. So our society, if it’s an environment where moral principles are neglected, if it’s an environment filled with the filth of all kinds of immoral, irreligious activities—then the cockroaches of demoniac mentality of greed and envy, of anger and pride, of terrorism, of dictatorship, of criminality—they thrive, they multiply and they flourish.
